The base material, finish and decorative details describe different parts of a piece of jewellery. We list them separately in the product details so you can make an informed choice.
Finish
Gold plating is a surface finish, not solid gold. A silver-tone appearance does not on its own mean sterling silver. The individual product information is what matters.
Stones & accents
Cubic zirconia is identified as cubic zirconia, not diamond. Enamel is a colour accent. The product details tell you which decorative elements are used in your piece.
No blanket promise: colour, finish and care needs can vary between pieces. A photo alone cannot establish coating thickness, durability or suitability for sensitive skin. Please contact us when a specific material is important to you.

The right fit changes everything.
How do I choose a rigid bangle?
Compare the inner dimensions with a bangle that fits you well. On an oval bangle, the long and short inner axes matter. A single diameter does not fully describe the fit.
An opening clasp helps you put the bangle on; it does not make the bangle adjustable. Do not bend a rigid bangle to change its size. Ask us when the listed dimensions are not enough to judge the fit.

Wrap a flexible tape around the position where you will wear the bracelet, without pressing it into your skin. Compare that measurement with the base length and extension on the product page. Allow room for the way you prefer it to move.
Chain length and wrist circumference are not always interchangeable: the shape, thickness and fastening also influence the fit.
Where will a necklace sit?
Use a piece of string to try the stated length in front of a mirror. Check it with the neckline you plan to wear. Account for the pendant separately and compare the shortest and longest setting where an extension is included.
A model photo is styling inspiration, not a guarantee of where the necklace will sit on your body.

After wearing
Gently wipe with a soft, clean cloth. Avoid abrasive cloths, polishing pastes and household cleaners. Follow any product-specific care instructions.
Before an activity
As a gentle-care routine, remove your jewellery before swimming, showering, exercise or handling cleaning products. Put it on after cosmetics and perfume have dried.
During storage
Keep pieces separate, dry and away from constant rubbing. Lay delicate chains loosely and avoid sharp bends, especially on flat chain styles.
Care recommendations are not a lifetime warranty. Wear and the longevity of a finish depend on the individual piece and how it is used. Contact us about damage or a quality concern rather than attempting an abrasive repair.
